Who is responsible
De Kade B.V., Stadionkade 107, 1076 BN Amsterdam (KvK 60970677) is responsible for the personal data processed through this webshop. Questions? Email info@dekadeboutique.com.
What we collect and why
- Orders: your name, email address, optional phone number and, if we ship, your address. We need these to process, deliver and support your order (performance of the contract).
- Payments: handled by Mollie. We receive the payment status, not your bank or card details.
- Newsletter: your email address, only if you sign up. You can unsubscribe with the link in every email.
- Emails to us: whatever you send, to answer you.
How long we keep it
Order and invoice data are kept for seven years, because Dutch tax law requires it. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. Other messages are deleted when they’re no longer needed.
Who we share it with
Only with the services we need to run the shop: our payment provider (Mollie), our hosting and database providers, our email provider and — if we ship — the carrier. They may only use your data on our behalf. We never sell your data.
Cookies and storage
We don’t use tracking, advertising or analytics cookies. Your browser only stores what the shop needs to work: your cart, that you confirmed you’re 18 or older, and that you’ve seen the cookie notice. This stays on your device and you can clear it at any time in your browser settings.
Product photos are loaded from the image service of our previous website (wixstatic.com), which can see your IP address as with any image request.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to its use, or ask for a copy. Email info@dekadeboutique.com and we’ll respond within a month. If you’re not happy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
