Terms & conditions

1. Who we are

This webshop is run by De Kade B.V., Stadionkade 107, 1076 BN Amsterdam, The Netherlands. Chamber of Commerce (KvK) 60970677, VAT NL854142368B01. Email: info@dekadeboutique.com.

2. Scope

These terms apply to every order placed in this webshop. By placing an order you confirm that you have read and accepted them. Dutch consumer law applies in full; nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.

3. Age

We sell smoking accessories. You must be 18 or older to order. We may cancel an order, or ask for ID at pickup or delivery, if we have doubts about your age.

4. Prices and offers

All prices are in euros and include Dutch VAT. Shipping costs are shown before you pay. Your first order of €40 or more gets an automatic €5 welcome discount, once per email address. Orders of €100 or more include a free gift while stocks last. Obvious mistakes in prices or product information do not bind us.

5. Your order and payment

Your order is final once the payment has succeeded; you’ll then receive a confirmation by email. Payments are processed by Mollie. If a payment fails or is cancelled, no order is placed and reserved items are released.

6. Delivery and pickup

We ship to the address you provide, or keep your order ready for pickup at the shop. Delivery times are an estimate. The risk passes to you once you receive the order. Orders that aren’t picked up within 30 days may be cancelled and refunded.

7. Right of withdrawal

You can cancel your purchase within 14 days after receiving it, without giving a reason. Return the items unused and in their original packaging. Sealed consumables (such as rolling papers and filters) can only be returned unopened. See Shipping & returns for how it works. We refund within 14 days after receiving the return.

8. Warranty and complaints

Our products should be what you’d reasonably expect. If something is faulty or wrong, email info@dekadeboutique.com as soon as possible and we’ll find a fair solution. If we can’t solve it together, you can use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.

9. Liability

Use our products responsibly and as intended. Except in cases of intent or gross negligence, our liability is limited to the amount of the order concerned.

10. Privacy

We handle your personal data as described in our privacy policy.

11. Applicable law

Dutch law applies. Disputes are brought before the competent court in Amsterdam, unless the law gives you the right to choose another court.
